Dr. Bell did knee replacement surgery on me in May of 2021. I had been to two other orthopaedic surgeons in my search for the right one when a friend suggested Dr. Bell at JOI. I could not have been happier. Dr. Bell made me feel comfortable and trusting on my first visit to him. My surgery and recovery were both better than I expected, and I am walking without pain today. He and his staff of Katherine and others are excellent. If I decide to get the other knee done, I will most certainly go back to Dr. Bell.

Dr. Bell performed a knee replacement for me in January. I found Dr. Bell to be a very kind and compassionate doctor. He listens attentively and answers all questions. Never rushed me in his office. His assistant, Kathryn, was always available by phone to answer any concerns. Can't thank Dr. Bell and his staff enough!!

Dr Bell replaced both of my knees (not at same time). He is awesome. I am recovering well and I hardly have scars. The office staff is so nice and returns call promptly. I am so happy I did the surgeries.

I had hip replacement surgery done by Dr. Phillip Bell on February 16, 2020. It was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Bell and his staff are very compassionate, patient, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. I think he is one of the best surgeons on this planet. I was in so much pain before the surgery and right after the surgery the pain went away immediately and within a week I was walking on my own with no pain medication. I can't thank Dr. Bell enough for all he has done for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

One of the most down to earth Doctors I have seen. No hurry on all of my visits and on time. His staff is helpful and pleasant. The day of surgery he took time to explain once again what was going to happen and after went to waiting and told Carol all was good and I would be able to make my own breakfast, lol. Can not say enough about Dr. Bell and my knee replacement. Five stars plus in my opinion.

Dr. Bell has very professional, while being very personable. My hip replacement went as smoothly as possible and my recovery is going well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I want to personally Thank Dr Bell at JOI and his staff. I had excellent results from having my left hip totally replaced. I had it done on 3NOV2021. I was back to above normal before Thanksgiving and walking without a Cain or any other device. I’m extremely Thankful for the excellent care and results. I’m a new man and TOTALLY OUT OFPAIN. I just can’t express how happy and thrilled with the results. I was worried that I would still have some kind of pain lingering but I don’t. To me it’s been a miracle! I’m already back to work full time since before Christmas. My recovery was less than 2 months. Now I can do things that I wouldn’t even try because of my previous pain. I would definitely do it again in a heartbeat and would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is needing a hip replacement to use Dr Bell at JOI. My outlook on life is bright and full of endless happiness because I’m totally free from pain now. I’m so Thankful.
